For whoever is asking for an errand

What does it cost?

For you, nothing. You pay no subscription and we take no commission. You only hand the fee to the person who does the errand, directly.

How much should I give?

For each category we say what is usual — e.g. «usually 5 to 10 €». It is an indication, not a price. You give what you think is right; we do not set prices.

How do I hand over the shopping money?

By hand, when they arrive. Every category with shopping has a cash limit, and the helper is obliged to upload a photo of the receipt with the amount before closing the errand.

When do they see my address?

Only after they have taken it on, and only while the errand is active. Until then they see only the category and the neighbourhood.

Can I cancel?

Yes. If nobody has taken it on, you cancel freely. If someone has, you have a 30-minute window — and the helper is notified immediately so they do not set off.

I am asking for my mother, who has no account.

That is exactly what this was built for. Go to «Who I care for», add her once with her address and her instructions, and then ask for errands in her name. She does not need to sign in anywhere.

Can I ask for the same person again?

Yes. After a completed errand you can make them your «regular helper» — then your next errands go to them first, for a short while, before opening to everyone.

For whoever does errands

What do I pay?

5 € a month, with one month free to try. Nothing else: we never take a percentage of your fee.

Do I have to accept whatever comes?

No. You accept what suits you and ignore the rest. Declining is not recorded as a negative, does not count towards any rate and does not affect what you will be shown tomorrow. It is a principle of ours and we keep it in the code.

What do I need to start?

An ID, a photo of yourself taken at the moment you sign up, and your phone number. A person looks at them, not an algorithm. For errands involving older people, medicine or accompanying someone, a criminal record certificate from gov.gr is also needed.

Why does the «checked» badge expire?

Because a general-purpose criminal record certificate is valid for 3 months. We remind you 14 days ahead. If it expires, you carry on as normal with the other errands.

What is the waiting list?

We cap the number of helpers per neighbourhood, on purpose. If there are too many of us, nobody gets enough errands and everyone leaves at once. If the neighbourhood is full you join a queue — and your free trial does not run while you wait.

Can I stop for a while?

Yes, with one button. Pausing is not a penalty, is not recorded anywhere, and holds your place in the neighbourhood for when you come back.

How do I cancel the subscription?

From the subscription page, yourself. You keep working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Safety and personal data

Who sees my phone number?

Only the other person on that particular errand, and only while it is active. We do not hide phone numbers behind the app — we take no commission, so we have no reason to stop you talking to each other.

Do you track by GPS?

Only if the helper switches it on themselves, and only while they are doing your errand. They start it with a button, it stops by itself the moment the errand closes, and we keep no route history: only the last position, which disappears after a few minutes if it is not refreshed. Outside an errand, never. We always also record the steps they press themselves («I have set off», «I have it», «I handed it over») with their timestamps.

How do I delete my account?

From «Delete account», without asking anyone and without a phone call. Your content is deleted too. We keep only the subscription records that tax law requires, and any open safety report.
