What we are and what we are not
We put you in touch with people from your neighbourhood. We are not their employer. Helpers are independent, they decide for themselves whether to take on an errand and how much to ask for, and declining costs them nothing. We do not set prices.
The money
The fee is paid directly, by hand, and we take no commission. The only thing we charge is the helper's monthly subscription. Wherever a helper holds money for shopping there is an upper limit and a mandatory receipt.
What we check
We check the ID and phone number of every helper, and a criminal record certificate wherever the customer is vulnerable. The check is done by a person. We do not guarantee anyone's character — we state what we checked, when, and until when it is valid.
What we do not do
No technical work: plumbing, electrics, repairs. For those you need a licensed professional. No medical procedures, no pharmaceutical advice.
Reports
You can report or block anyone, from inside the app. We answer within 24 hours. Safety matters come first.
