The Greek text is the binding one. This English rendering exists for understanding; in case of any divergence, the Greek text prevails.
What we keep
Name, email, phone. For whoever you care for: name, phone, address and the access notes you write yourself. Phone numbers, addresses and notes are encrypted.
Who sees it
The address and phone number are shown only to the helper who took on the errand, and only while it is active. Before anyone takes it on, only the area is visible.
Photos
The helper takes a photo at the end, so that you know it happened. If you do not want that, you can turn it off per errand.
Face recognition
We do not use automated face recognition. Identity checking is done by a person on the team, once, and we do not store a biometric template. Should that ever change, you will be asked for separate, explicit consent.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data whenever you want, without having to phone us.
