If something goes wrong
We are not an insurance company and we will not tell you that you are covered for 10,000 euros. Here is what we actually do, step by step.
Nobody turned up
Press «Report» on the errand and choose «They did not come». The errand goes back to open immediately and the rest of the neighbourhood sees it. We speak to the helper.
The change does not add up
On every errand with shopping, the helper uploads a photo of the receipt and enters the amount before closing the errand. If the money does not add up, you have the receipt on your screen with a timestamp. Press «Report» → «Money».
That is also why there is a cash limit per category: the helper never holds more than the shopping needs.
Something broke or went missing
Talk to each other first — most of the time it is settled there, and that is why we give out real phone numbers instead of hiding them behind an app. If it is not settled, send a report and we step in: we listen to both sides, look at the steps and photos that were recorded, and reach a conclusion.
Something serious or dangerous
A report with the reason «Safety». We see those first and we answer within 24 hours. From the moment you send it, you will never be put on a shared errand again — that happens immediately and automatically.
Whether their account is suspended is decided by a person, not a computer, and we explain to them why. That is what the law requires, and it is right: a report cannot cut someone off from their work with one click, without anyone looking at it.
If someone is in danger right now, call 100 or 166. We are not an emergency service.
You can block whoever you want
Without explaining anything to anyone. You will never be put on a shared errand again, and the other person is not told that you blocked them.
What we do before anything happens
- Every helper goes through an ID check with a photo, looked at by a person — not an algorithm.
- A person checks the phone number before a helper is activated. We do not send an SMS code.
- For older people, medicine and accompanying someone a criminal record certificate is required, which expires every 3 months and has to be renewed.
- Every step of the errand is recorded with a timestamp, and the handover with a photo.
- Your address and phone number open up only to the person who took it on, and only for as long as the errand lasts.
What we do not do
We do not hold your money and we take no commission — the fee is paid by hand. We do not track the helper by GPS when they are not doing an errand — and during an errand, only if they switch it on themselves. We do not promise compensation we cannot pay.
